The Midwest Tribal Energy Resources Association (MTERA) recently hosted a webinar to provide an overview of the DOE Tribal Clean Energy Planning and Development Grant!
The Great Lakes TCTAC presented on the Department of Energy (DOE) Tribal Clean Energy Planning and Development grant program provides approximately $25 million of federal funding to Indian Tribes, Tribal consortia, Intertribal organizations, and Tribal energy development organizations to maximize the deployment of clean, reliable, affordable and local energy solutions on Tribal lands. In support of these objectives, the DOE Office of Indian Energy is soliciting applications for the planning, assessing, and developing clean energy projects on Tribal Buildings or Tribal Lands and anticipates making approximately 20 to 40 awards.
