Solar for All General Advisory Services - MTERA invites all interested, qualified organizations to submit proposals to provide general advisory services to support MTERA Solar for All (SFA) program planning, management, and implementation, with a particular emphasis on organizations with experience navigating the complexities of Tribal sovereignty, Tribal clean energy and economic development, and non-profit-501c3 organizations.
