Member Tribe Commitments:

1) Tribal Council resolution asserting the Tribe’s commitment to MTERA’s Mission

2) Appointed Tribal representative to serve as MTERA Board Member

3) Commitment to be an active and engaged Member Tribe:

• Attend monthly MTERA Board Meetings

• Attend annual meeting

• Support MTERA’s outreach efforts

• Share lessons learned

• Annual commitment of 20 hours or $5,000 of in-kind contribution

How to Become a Member Tribe:

1. Contact us to ask questions and learn more about the organization

2. Review bylaws, membership benefits, and membership commitments

3. Approve a Tribal Resolution accepting the MTERA membership commitments and appointing a Board Member. Use this template as a starting point.

4. Start attending MTERA Board Meetings the third Tuesday of every month to actively engage in the organization
